So today I am going to give a big lecture to myself and probably to you regarding distractions,
Before stumbling upon the things wished that couldn't happen I would like to tell what distraction is in reality.
Before coming to distraction let us know the opposite of distraction and that is traction which means doing sth you intended to do ....ok got it .Now distraction is diverging from the things you intended to do to doing what you didn't intended to do .and distraction can be anything for example, you could just easily fool your mind and say hey I should study right now (so you have planned to study for next few hours ) but wait maybe I should open my program or I should draw or I should just watch tv ,.now I am not saying these things are bad but these things are distractions which is bad! That may sound foolish to you but it is the truth .
Now to understand why we do what we do we have got to understand some things first .Now if you just ask someone about why we do what we do they are probably gonna say some carrot and sticks(if you don't know the meaning of this you should probably just google it or if you can't even do that just flush yourself) .And that is know as Freud's pleasure principle which means what we do is about seeking pleasure and avoiding pain but this is just opposite in terms neuro science or basically psychology .It is pain all the way down. This is called homeostatic response (no need to remember this word).Now the thing is when we feel pain we tend to certain things for example, we put on a jacket when we feel cold or we watch tv movies when we feel a sensation of boredom .Distraction comes out of the inner state ,some kind of a uncomfortable emotional state and then we try to escape that .
Thing is "Distraction comes from within and time management is pain management"
